Hey, I'm Sami!

I’m thrilled to share my journey and passions with you. From a young age, I felt a powerful pull towards the energy world, and today, I am grateful to be living my purpose as an intuitive soul coach with a special emphasis on anxiety management.

As an intuitive soul and anxiety management coach, I am dedicated to helping like-minded individuals lead their lives as their best and most authentic selves. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that understanding and harnessing our innate energies can unlock profound personal growth and fulfillment. What a great question. Are you the victim or the creator? In this lesson, we learn about the drama triangle and how we learn to reframe our mind.

Releasing this should be easy right? Well, let’s dive in and see if it is.

Module 2: The Work

Before We Begin

Starting with compassion as we dive deeper into the mind’s shadows.

Mindfulness

We learn about how mindfulness and how we eat how we think how we sleep and breathe and everything else when we do it mindfully how it can help ease the tension and release the energies of anxiety

Body Scan Meditation

In this 10 minute body scan video, you will get in touch with your body and the sensations that you feel and start to connect with what’s going on inside

Movement & Release

There’s a 10 minute yoga video to release anxiety and a 20 minute somatic exercise to help you release an anxious feelings. We also talk about different ways to move your body to help with those anxious moments.

Internal Health

Discover how diet impacts anxiety and learn supportive practices for better internal health.

Breathwork Techniques

Various breathwork methods to help calm and ground during anxious moments.

Module 3: Into the Trenches

Before We Begin

Starting with compassion as we dive deeper into the mind’s shadows.


Getting to Know You

Identify limiting beliefs, disconnects, and past traumas contributing to anxiety.

Parts Work

Connect with inner parts—your inner child, teen, or other aspects—exploring where beliefs and emotions took root.


Meeting the Shadows

Shadow work: gently examine hidden or suppressed parts of yourself to bring understanding and light.


Digging Deep into Triggers

Dive into triggers to understand what they mean and how to work through them.

Module 4: Embracing the Light

Self-Compassion

A dedicated module on self-compassion, learning to show up with kindness and balance.

Emotional Regulation

Understand emotional regulation, recognizing and managing emotions in healthy ways.

Primal Methods

Release trapped energy through techniques like primal screaming and other expressive exercises.

Reflection

Time to reflect and consider your growth. What have you learned, and how will you stay aligned?
